With our expertise and guidance, we want to provide you with 2-months of coaching for less than the price of ONE personal training session. We know there are people around the world who are making New Year's resolutions. But we also know that people forget about their resolutions as soon as January is over... if they even make it that far. People fall off because their mindset hasn't changed. This CHANGE challenge will encourage you past January and February too, because we believe that with proper guidance and you making a commitment to yourself, by the time the challenge ends in March, health & fitness will have become a part of your lifestyle. ARE YOU READY? The challenge serves fitness lovers who have access to a gym: -Equipment is needed; you will need to be in a gym to participate RULES: This is a challenge so YES, there will be 3 winners and each winner will receive a different prize at the end. For a chance to win, you must follow ALL of the rules below: 1. Take a starting picture on Day 1 (January 8th), a progress pictures every week on Monday, and a final picture on Day 60 (March 8th). Submit your pictures right in the app. 2. Check in through the app to receive credit for completing each of the workouts! **FREE HINT** – the hardest thing for people to do is BE CONSISTENT! Only consistent participants who complete and participate in all 60 days of the challenge will be considered for a prize. **FREE HINT** – arguably, the second hardest thing for people to do is track and record their progress. Other than checking in, taking all 10 pictures is the 2nd most important requirement to be considered a prize.
