***AFTER PURCHASING THIS CHALLENGE, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN INVITATION TO JOIN VIA THE TRUE COACH APP*** One of the number one reasons people tell me they aren't able to workout is because they don't have time! In true SBF fashion, I wanted to create a challenge for the busy people like myself who may not have an hour or more to spend in the gym at this point in their lives. Juggling two businesses, a full-time job, studying, and maintaining all my other roles showed me how hard it could be to carve out a couple of hours for the gym. I was forced to do 30 and 45-minute workouts.. and y'all.... IT WORKS. I kept my abs and I didn't even workout for an hour. MYTH: If you complete a workout in less than an hour, it's not enough and you need to do more. FACT: You can achieve (or maintain) incredible results without giving all your time to the gym. If you believe the myth, then this challenge isn't for you. Is this a busy season for you? Are you parent, wife, business owner, or student? If you have a lot on your plate, but you still want to start/continue your fitness journey to getting in the best shape of your life, then this challenge is perfect for YOU! I can relate to you and I can't wait to crush this challenge with you. Without taking up all your time, I've created a challenge that has dynamic and challenging exercises that will MAXIMIZE every minute in the gym. The results will come if you just MOVE! The challenge serves fitness lovers who have access to a gym: -Equipment is needed; you will need to be in a gym to participate RULES: This is a challenge so YES, there will be 3 winners and each winner will receive a different prize at the end. The first place winner will win 3 prizes!!! For a chance to win, you must follow ALL of the rules below: 1. Take a starting picture on Day 1 (June 26th), a progress picture every week on Monday, and a final picture on the final day (August 12th). Submit your pictures right in the app (go to your account >> progress pictures). 2. Check in through the app to receive credit for completing each of the workouts! **FREE HINT** – the hardest thing for people to do is BE CONSISTENT! Only consistent participants who complete and participate in all 60 days of the challenge will be considered for a prize. **FREE HINT** – arguably, the second hardest thing for people to do is track and record their progress. Other than checking in, taking all 8 pictures is the 2nd most important requirement to be considered a prize.
