FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHAT TYPES OF HOME FITNESS EQUIPMENT DO YOU RECOMMEND?

We recommend purchasing light weights (e.g. dumbbells or kettlebells) for strength training. Because dumbbells and kettlebells can be heavy, it costs more to have them shipped to your home, so pick them up from the store if you can.
Other home fitness equipment include resistance bands, a stability ball, and medicine balls.
Sound Body Fitness' No Equipment Necessary Workout Plan allows you to utilize common household items to give you a great workout right at home.

HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR TRAINER AT A GYM?

Sound Body Fitness is known for putting your health first. Our trainers make sure that YOU are always in mind, including your busy schedule, your health concerns, your hesitation with working with a new trainer, and anything else that has been getting in your way of reaching your fitness goals. We make it work! You deserve more than just a weight loss journey, so we do things the healthy way so that you're reaping the benefits of exercise in numerous areas of your life.

DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE AND A DIET PLAN?

We provide complimentary meal sheets with our online membership plans, (SBF members who have purchased any online plan regardless of how many days a week you'll train).

We also provide this same meal sheet for free to anyone who has ever paid to participate in an SBF Challenge.
For those who have not been training clients of SBF, but are still interested in getting our meal sheet, it is available for purchase under the "Shop" tab.

DOES SBF ATHLEISURE RUN TRUE-TO-SIZE?

Mostly all of our athleisure/athletic wear run true-to-size.

For men, you can buy your regular size in everything, unless stated otherwise in the product description.

For women, our Women's Athletic Sports Shorts are not very stretchy, and you should get your true size. However, our SBF High Waisted Leggings, Women's Yoga Shorts, and Women's Sports Tanks are stretchy enough for you to be comfortable in a smaller size. For example, if you're choosing between a small and medium tank, you'll be comfortable in a small.

Generally, if you prefer a looser fit, go with the larger size. If you prefer a tighter fit, go with the smaller size.

Always feel free to DM us on instagram or submit an inquiry form about more help with sizing, and we'll help you choose what's right for you.
